Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India: 4–7 business days.
Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 2–4 business days.
Remote or rural pin codes may require up to 10 business days.

Shipping Partners
We ship via Delhivery and other trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India — prepaid and COD both.
💡 Choose prepaid at checkout and get an additional 5% discount on your order, automatically applied.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
